LIVE was recorded live at Nakano Sun Plaza Hall in Tokyo, Japan on February 20 & 21, 1986 and was released in 1987. This was their second live album following 1978′s “The Manhattan Transfer Live.” (This is the first live album with Cheryl Bentyne in the group.)

    In the dim reaches of my memory I seem to recall another live version of the Shaker Song – am I right?? I have a memory of an even more amazing riff from Janis. Thank you for all the years of wonderful music.
